Order Cancellation

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been packed. Use Track & Support or email support@appilyfourteen.com with your order ID as early as possible.

2. After dispatch

Once handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery in eligible cases; return shipping charges may apply if the parcel is accepted and later returned.

3. Refunds on cancellation

Approved pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on bank processing times.
