Returns & Replacements

1. Nature of seed products

Flower seeds are living goods with viability that can decline after opening. For hygiene and germination integrity, opened packets are generally not eligible for return.

2. Eligible concerns

We review replacement or refund requests when:

  • The wrong variety or SKU was delivered
  • The shipment was lost in transit and not delivered
  • Sealed packets arrived visibly crushed, soaked or otherwise unusable

3. How to report

Contact support@appilyfourteen.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order ID, photos of the packet label and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

4. Resolution

Approved cases may receive a replacement lot, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Germination failure after correct sowing is not automatically covered — we can suggest sowing adjustments where helpful.
