1. Packing

Flower seeds are sealed in moisture-barrier sachets, grouped in rigid mailers, and labelled with SKU and lot identifiers before hand-off to courier partners.

2. Dispatch timeline

Orders are typically packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays. High-demand varieties may ship in split lots if a single harvest line is depleted.

3. Delivery coverage

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Remote or restricted areas may experience longer transit times or require cancellation with a full refund.

4. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders include free standard shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders may incur a separate handling fee shown before payment.

5. Tracking

Tracking details appear in My Orders and Track & Support once the courier scan is received. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
